It is our priority that your orders are prepared with care and reach you as quickly as possible. Below you can find information about our shipping, delivery, and order-cancellation processes.
Your orders are dispatched within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed and dispatched on the next business day.
As each product is prepared by hand in our atelier, the preparation time may vary during busy periods or for special/made-to-order products; in such cases, we will inform you separately.
Shipping is free on orders of 2,500 TL and above. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is shown in the order summary at the payment step.
Your order is sent to the delivery address you entered. One of the most common causes of delivery delays is missing or incorrect address details; please enter your delivery address fully and accurately.
Since invoice address details cannot be changed after invoicing, please do not confirm your order until you are sure your invoice details are correct.
When your order is handed over to the carrier, your tracking number is sent to you by email and/or SMS. You can also view the current status of your shipment from the Order Tracking page on our site.
Your order is delivered to the authorised person(s) at the address you specified. If the recipient is not present during delivery, the courier leaves a notice at the address; in this case, you can collect your shipment from the nearest carrier branch.
We recommend that you inspect the package together with the courier before accepting your shipment. If there is any damage such as crushing, breakage, wetting, or opening, do not accept the product and have the courier record a report. In this case, the shipping fee for the damaged shipment is covered by us.
If you wish to cancel your order before it enters the shipping process, it is enough to notify us in writing at [email protected]. Our customer representatives will cancel your order and refund the amount you paid in full to your credit card or bank account.
