VETRIS (the "Company") attaches great importance to the privacy of its users and members in the services it offers through the www.vetris.art website (the "Site"). These Privacy and Membership Terms have been prepared to explain for what purposes your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL"), with whom it is shared, your rights, and the conditions relating to Site membership. By using the Site and/or becoming a member, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Your personal data is processed by VETRIS in the capacity of data controller under the PDPL. For any questions or requests, you can reach us at [email protected].
Depending on the nature of the services offered through the Site, the following personal data may be collected:
Your payment card details are not stored by the Company; payment transactions are carried out through the secure infrastructure of the relevant bank and PCI-DSS compliant payment institutions.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL, on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the Company's fulfilment of its legal obligations, the establishment or protection of a right, the Company's legitimate interests, and, where necessary, your explicit consent.
Your personal data may be shared — limited solely to the relevant purpose and in accordance with the PDPL — with cargo and logistics companies for the delivery of orders, with banks and payment institutions for receiving payments, with authorised public institutions and organisations within the scope of legal obligations, and with the suppliers from whom we receive services. Beyond these conditions, your data is not sold or rented to third parties.
The Site uses cookies to improve your experience, remember your basket and session information, and carry out traffic analysis. You can restrict or delete cookies from your browser settings; however, in this case some functions of the Site may not work fully.
The Company undertakes to take up-to-date technical and administrative measures and to exercise due care to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, and misuse. Nevertheless, we remind you that the absolute security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the legal retention periods prescribed in the relevant legislation (for example, 10 years for commercial and tax records). Upon expiry of the period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
Under Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad; request the correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed data; request the deletion or destruction of the data; request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result arising against you as a consequence of analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and, should you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of data, request that the damage be remedied.
To exercise these rights, you can submit your requests to [email protected]. Depending on their nature, your requests are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.

The member is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and is obliged to update their account if the information changes. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the event of a breach of the terms or unlawful use.
