Returns and Exchanges

We are delighted to have every piece that leaves our atelier in your home; however, should you wish to return or exchange your product, the following conditions apply. Our procedures are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is enough to submit your withdrawal request in writing to [email protected] within this period.

You must return the product to us within 10 (ten) days from the date you submit the withdrawal notice.

Return Conditions

Returns must absolutely be made together with the original box or packaging.

You must also send the original invoice together with the product you wish to return.

The product must have its original packaging intact, be unused, retain its resaleable quality, and be in a condition that can be sold to another customer. Products that have lost this quality cannot be accepted for return.

Handmade products may show minor variations in colour, texture, and dimensions; these are not considered defects and do not in themselves constitute grounds for return.

Return Process

Send your return request to [email protected] along with your full name, order number, and the details of the product you wish to return. Our customer representatives will guide you through the return process as soon as possible.

After approval, it is enough to hand the product over to the carrier as instructed, together with its original packaging and invoice.

Return Shipping Fee

You do not pay the return shipping fee when you send the product back via the contracted carrier we specified for returns in the preliminary information.

Refund

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the product price and return any documents that place you under obligation, at no cost, within at most 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches us.

For credit card payments, the refund is made to the relevant bank. Depending on your bank's processing time, refunds to a credit card may take 2–3 weeks to appear in your account; our company cannot be held responsible for delays in this process.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your product for a different product, colour, or size, you can submit your exchange request to [email protected], provided the return conditions (original packaging, invoice, unused) are met.

Once your request is approved, your new product is dispatched after you deliver the product to us. If a suitable product is not available depending on stock, the transaction can be completed as a refund if you wish, and your payment is refunded.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products custom-made/made to order in line with your requests or personal needs,
  • Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene,
  • Products that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your shipment arrives damaged, you should inspect the product together with the courier, have a report recorded, and not accept delivery.
